He has extensive experience in growing start up and early stage business ventures in addition to leading large enterprise. He has created strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies both on a national and global level fueling extensive business growth. Brad is leading the national expansion of Ingelix, Inc. as the pioneer of cloud-based, assessment technology, to identify and retain high performing employees.
Prior to Ingelix, Inc., Brad served as CEO of a global assessment provider that reached 35 countries and 198,000 customers. He also served as CEO of a private cloud software company in the scientific instrumentation industry leading them in securing a worldwide partnership with Bruker AXS, a division of the Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ: BRKR). He also founded two other ventures leading them to an acquisition/merger.
